Orlagh Neary is the Founder and CEO of Quantum Links and a recognized leader in emerging technology commercialization, specializing in the convergence of quantum computing, AI, and cybersecurity. With over two decades of experience translating breakthrough technologies into market-leading solutions, Orlagh has established herself as a go-to strategist for navigating the complex landscape where quantum, AI, and security intersect.

During her 20+ year career at Microsoft, Orlagh built emerging technology marketing capabilities from the ground up as VP of Quantum and AI Ecosystem Engagement, and architected the company’s first AI marketing communications team. She launched innovative C-suite, developer and scientist engagement programs including Microsoft Quantum Ready, Microsoft AI Business School, Humans of AI, Quantum Innovators, and AI Lab. Her expertise in translating complex quantum and AI concepts into compelling market narratives has consistently built brand perception and driven exponential growth across enterprise and government accounts.

Orlagh serves as a Board Member of Cambrian Futures, Guest Lecturer at UC Berkeley Haas MBA program, and mentor to INSEAD AI Venture Lab participants. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Languages from Dublin City University and has completed executive Quantum and AI education at MIT, INSEAD, and Kellogg. In her spare time, Orlagh is focused on helping women break new ground, on and off the golf course, through a new golf, wellness and leadership community she is building – The ORB Network.
